Ferry and flights to Inhaca

I realise there is quite a bit of info regarding "getting to Inhaca" but I also know that this change very often.

What is the latest situation with flying into Inhaca? Does that airport still operate?
And Ferries? I read that the Vodacom ferry is not operating any more.

Need some info and advice for:
1. Flying to Inhaca (if that still happens) either from Johannesburg or Maputo
2. Ferry options from Maputo to Santa Maria (or Inhaca)
3. We are staying at a rented villa; best to shop before Maputo for non perishable goods or just shop for everything in Maputo?

For the ferry option we were thinking of sleeping over in Maputo, going to the harbour to figure out the exact timings for the next day (as exact as it comes) and then taking the ferry the next day...?

Hi Andre

I don't there are scheduled flights anymore.
2. Ferry options from Maputo to Santa Maria (or Inhaca)
Some good advice here: rossramoscamp.co.za/transport-info/directions/ I think you just buy your ticket on the day, no booking possible.

3. We are staying at a rented villa; best to shop before Maputo for non perishable goods or just shop for everything in Maputo?
I would go to Spar in Maputo. www.spar.co.za/Home/Store-View/SUPERSPAR-Premier-Mozambique

Enjoy Inhaca
