thanks and welcome to Mozguide. I last drove this route in October last year, but as of last week here is the answer.
Firstly, note that in order to use Giriyondo you need to stay a night in either Kruger or Limpopo Parks. In Kruger I like Letaba or Tsendze and in Mozambique (Limpopo Park) I like Covane Community Lodge.
So, Giriyondo to Massingir is 68km, (approx 2hrs) with the first 30km or so sometimes very badly corrugated. Then Massingir to Chokwe is good to bumpy narrow tarmac with the odd pothole. Chokwe to Bilene mostly narrow, but good tarmac. I would not drive faster than 80kph.
Compulsory Mozambique 3rd party insurance is not sold at Giriyondo or Massingir so buy online at www.hollard.co.mz/insurance/third-party-foreign-vehicles
Limpopo Park fees are R140pp and per vehicle in cash Rands or Meticais.
The first ATM is on the rhs after you cross the Massingir dam wall at the turn off to Covane Lodge.
Nice route, take it easy and enjoy your travels.

In Bilene I like www.dreamsbilene.com/home and also www.tendatora.co.za/index.php Dreams is next to the lagoon with nice gardens, while Tenda Tora is up on a hill near the lagoon and Bilene town with more fancy facilities and very nicely equipped for self catering. Restaurant and bar too.
About 20km north of Xai-Xai near Chongoene there is www.eastafricasafaris.co.za/ and about 80km north of Xai-Xai at Chidenguele is www.sunsetbeachlodge.com/ Both very nice.
