The rest of the trip, to Tete, Vilankulo, Tofo, Maputo and Swaziland went perfectly.

Does anyone know if they issue visas at Milange Border post - I want to cross that border in April and would like to confirm that I can get a 30 day Visa on Arrival
I read a report on Tripadvisor where someone got a visa in Blantyre but was only given 15 days which would not be useful - does anyone know why they would issue a 15 day visa..thanks

Hi

yes you should be able to get your visa on arrival. Sometimes you may be given a lecture about having to get your visa before hand but remain friendly and be very sorry and say you really want to experience the wonderful country of Mozambique. Yesterday I know someone who got a border visa at Forbes Post / Machipanda.
