Hi

firstly let's make is clear that DriveAfrica is a broker for rental companies such as Hertz etc and will have agreements in place for preferential rates, but not always. So this means that you should also shop around with companies such as Avis, Europcar, Hertz, KEA, Bushlore etc etc.

DriveAfrica has been around long enough to be reliable (or to have some bad reports, which they seem not to) and of course they will do the homework regarding whether the vehicle is allowed to cross borders and add on the applicable fees before they quote - I hope! So again make sure every little detail, term and condition, hidden fee, excess in event of an accident or theft must be clear and in writing.

There is quite a lot of info on this topic on mozguide so please use the search function at the top of this page: e.g: www.mozguide.com/index.php/forum/11-4x4-...e/5261-4x4-hire#5262
