Two weeks in April from KD

I'm coming to Africa at the beginning of next year to volunteer in Malawi and hope to travel after I finish volunteering. I'd like to see a few other countries in that time and thought I'd round of my trip by going through Mozambique, or more specifically from Tanzania to Mozambique - get to Harare in Zimbabwe and then travel a wee bit south and see Maputo and then onwards to Johannesburg.
Ideally I'd like to do this in about 2 weeks or so in April.
Thanks for any help!
Most of the info you need is already on this site. You don't mention details such as how you will be travelling, your budget, your expectations and whether you are interested in beaches, diving or perhaps culture and wildlife. Let me know so that I can answer more effectively.

Sorry about the lack of info.
I would have a budget of about $500 to $600 and would prefer to do more cultural and/or wildlife visits than beaches or diving (I don't have a diving certificate).
I'd prefer to just visit a few places and stay in them for a day or two before moving on. I'm backpacking so I have no private transport. And I think my budget allows for a plane journey should I really need to hurry.

Hi again KD
What I would worry about is the Zimbabwe Legg as things are really pretty volatile and difficult there (I have visited 3X this year) and as fuel is low, public transport is irregular and can be dangerous (no money = bad maintenance) so keep your ear to the ground. Any little details check out this site or ask away.
