Hi
I am new on this forum so,be patient.
I wish to explore the road from Swaziland- Goba Border Post to Ponta Malongane, Mozambique.
Ideally I would like to stay-over at one of the game reserves in Swaziland close to the Goba border post before tackling the trip to Malongane the following day.
Has anybody travelled this route before and can you provide me with some advice.
Regards
Johan

I have never travelled from Goba to Malongane, only from Goba to maputo. However the turn-off to Bela Vista / Ponta do Ouro is signposted. Roads good until the last 50km where there are sections of very soft sand. I have stayed at Hlane Game Reserve and can highly recommend it.

Many thanks Mike.
If the soft sand is like the road between D'Ouro and Malongane, then I do not foresee a problem.
Is Hlane Game Reserve in Swaziland or in Moz ?
Best wishes

Similar but longer and deeper in places. Hlane is in Swaziland.

Thanks Mike.
Would you perhaps know what the distance (Km) is from Goba to Bela Vista ?

Goba town (not the border post) to Bela Vista is 70km. Bela Vista to Ponta do Ouro is also 70km.
